Return Policy

At MilesGuard, we want our dealers to order with confidence. We understand that occasionally a product may need to be returned due to an ordering error, change in requirement, product issue or other circumstance.

The following Return & Credit Policy applies to products purchased from MilesGuard, operated by PureHill International Ltd.

1. 14-Day Return Period

Eligible products may be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase or delivery, provided that the products are:

  • Unused
  • Uninstalled
  • Unmounted, where applicable
  • In new and resalable condition
  • In their original packaging, where applicable
  • Complete with all original labels, accessories and components

Once an eligible return has been received and inspected by MilesGuard, an approved credit will be applied to the dealer's account.

Unless otherwise agreed by MilesGuard, approved returns are provided as account credit rather than a cash refund.

2. Account Credit

Approved returns will be credited to the registered dealer account associated with the original purchase.

Account credits may be applied toward future purchases from MilesGuard.

Credits are not redeemable for cash and may not be transferred to another dealer or customer unless approved by MilesGuard.

Any outstanding balance on the dealer's account may be deducted from or offset against an available credit where applicable.

3. Condition of Returned Products

All returned products are subject to inspection before a credit is issued.

Products must be returned in a condition that allows MilesGuard to resell them as new.

MilesGuard may refuse a return or reduce the amount of credit where a product:

  • Has been used or installed
  • Has been mounted or driven on
  • Shows signs of wear, damage or improper handling
  • Has missing or damaged packaging, labels or components
  • Has been altered, modified or contaminated
  • Is not in resalable condition
  • Was damaged after delivery or pickup due to improper storage or handling

Normal handling required to reasonably inspect a product will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

4. Tire Returns

Tires may be returned within the applicable 14-day return period provided they have not been mounted, installed or driven on and remain in new, resalable condition.

Tires that have been mounted onto a wheel or rim are generally considered used for the purposes of this policy and are not eligible for return unless there is a verified product defect or MilesGuard supplied an incorrect product.

Dealer customers are responsible for confirming tire size, load rating, speed rating, application and other specifications before installation.

5. Lubricants, Oils and Automotive Fluids

Engine oils, lubricants, coolants and other automotive fluids may be returned within the applicable return period only when the product is:

  • Unopened
  • Unused
  • Uncontaminated
  • In its original sealed container
  • In resalable condition

Opened containers of oil, lubricants, chemicals or automotive fluids are not eligible for return, except where the product is confirmed to be defective or there has been an error by MilesGuard.

6. Wheels and Rims

Wheels and rims may be returned within the 14-day return period provided they have not been mounted, installed or damaged and remain in new, resalable condition.

Dealers are responsible for confirming vehicle fitment, including bolt pattern, diameter, width, offset, centre bore, load rating and other applicable specifications before installation.

Wheels that have had tires mounted onto them may not be eligible for return.

7. Filters, Brakes and Other Automotive Products

Filters, brake components and other automotive products may be returned within the applicable return period provided they have not been installed, used, damaged or altered and remain in their original packaging and resalable condition.

Dealers are responsible for confirming vehicle application and compatibility before installation.

8. Special Orders and Non-Returnable Products

Certain products may be designated as final sale or non-returnable, including:

  • Special-order products
  • Custom products
  • Products specifically sourced at a dealer's request
  • Clearance or final-sale products
  • Discontinued products
  • Opened lubricants, oils, chemicals or fluids
  • Installed or used products
  • Mounted tires or wheels
  • Products damaged due to improper use, installation, storage or handling

Any applicable final-sale or special-order conditions may be communicated at the time of ordering.

9. Incorrect or Damaged Products

Dealers should inspect products at the time of pickup or as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

If you receive an incorrect product, incorrect quantity or a product that appears to have been damaged before or during delivery, please contact MilesGuard promptly with:

  • Dealer or business name
  • Order or invoice number
  • Product information
  • Description of the issue
  • Photographs, where applicable

Where MilesGuard confirms that an incorrect product was supplied or that a product was damaged before receipt, we will work with the dealer to arrange an appropriate replacement, return or account credit.

10. Defective Products and Manufacturer Warranties

A product that is defective is handled separately from a standard return.

Some products may be covered by a manufacturer's warranty. Warranty eligibility, coverage and resolution may depend on the applicable manufacturer's warranty terms.

MilesGuard may request photographs, product identification, proof of purchase, installation information or return of the product to assess or process a warranty claim.

Submitting a warranty claim does not automatically guarantee replacement or credit. Warranty claims are subject to inspection and the applicable manufacturer's warranty requirements.

11. Return Shipping and Transportation

Unless the return is the result of an error by MilesGuard or otherwise agreed by us, the dealer is responsible for costs associated with returning the product to MilesGuard.

Original shipping, freight or delivery charges are generally not refundable or creditable unless the return resulted from an error by MilesGuard.

Products remain the dealer's responsibility until they are received by MilesGuard.

12. Return Authorization

Before returning products, dealers should contact MilesGuard to request return authorization.

Please provide the applicable invoice or order number and details of the products being returned.

Products returned without prior authorization may experience processing delays or may be refused.

13. Processing of Credits

Once returned products have been received and inspected, approved account credits will be processed within a reasonable period.

The credit will normally appear on the dealer's MilesGuard account and may be used toward future purchases.

The amount credited will be based on the original amount paid for the returned product, subject to any applicable adjustments under this policy.

14. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they are processed, prepared for shipment or dispatched, subject to approval by MilesGuard.

Special-order products or products specifically sourced for a dealer may not be cancelled once the order has been placed with the supplier or otherwise committed.

15. Business-to-Business Sales

MilesGuard operates primarily as a business-to-business wholesale supplier. This Return & Credit Policy is intended for purchases made by registered dealers and commercial customers for business purposes.

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights or obligations that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
